Eligibility for Returns
Items may be sent back within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags. Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be approved. To start, contact us at info@oldmoneylondon.co.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email info@oldmoneylondon.co with your order number and the reason for the return so we can review your request. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide clear instructions explaining how and where to send your item. Please make sure the product is securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return reaches us, it will be checked for eligibility. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 days. No restocking fees are deducted.

Exchanges
If you’d like to swap your item for a different size or style, contact us at info@oldmoneylondon.co. Our team will assist you with the next steps based on availability.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at info@oldmoneylondon.co. In many cases, cancellations are possible before processing or dispatch begins. If the order is already being processed or has shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you can follow our return process after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items
In rare cases, an item may arrive damaged or you may receive the wrong product. If this happens, email us at info@oldmoneylondon.co and include clear photos of the issue, along with photos of the packaging if available. We will review the details and arrange an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
