  • Handling Time: Orders are prepared within 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, deliveries arrive within 6-11 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Shipping Cost: All orders shipped within the United States include free delivery.

From Order to Dispatch
After your purchase is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Our team then prepares your items for shipment, which takes 0-2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your package leaves our facility, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent so you can monitor its journey.

Delivery Expectations
After dispatch, packages arrive within 6-11 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on destination and carrier routing. Delivery timelines may be influenced by weather conditions, regional logistics, or operational delays outside our control.

Shipping Partners
To ensure dependable nationwide delivery, we work with established courier services including UPS, DHL Group, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and logistical efficiency. Tracking information provided at shipment reflects the assigned carrier for your order.

Unexpected Delays
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend allowing up to two additional business days and checking your tracking link for updates. Couriers occasionally experience delays that resolve without intervention.

If your package has not arrived after an additional three business days, please contact us at info@oldmoneylondon.co with your order number, and we’ll gladly look into the matter for you.

Order Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@oldmoneylondon.co as soon as possible. Requests received before processing or shipment may be accommodated. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Deliveries
While every order is checked and packed with care, mistakes or transit issues can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, please email clear photos of the item and packaging to info@oldmoneylondon.co. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution promptly.
